receive your inquiry we will
confirm within 24-48 hours
if your date is available
and coordinate a time for an
in-person consult.
CONSULT
The path to designing your dream day, starts with our
first meeting; If you have ideas, please bring them along,
as well your estimated budget so may discuss potential design and flower choices.
PROPOSAL
Within 7 business days we will present a detailed proposal with everything
provided during our consults. We include an inspiration board, itemized pricing list
of services and flowers, our policy and payment agreement contract.
SECURE YOUR DATE
Love everything you saw?! To secure your date with Pollen In Love. We
ask for a 40% deposit of the expected cost, outline within the proposal.
This guarantees our services on your special day, no matter what.
FINAL CONSULT
Along with constant personal communication with you before the final consult, we
will meet 14 days prior to the event to finalize all the details and secure the flower
choices. Payment is due at the time of final consult, all changes and design details must
be finalized and agreed upon before this date.
